He was professional, honest and affordable. I was so happy with my experience I referred him to my daughter. She was also pleased with the service provided. My most recent experience was a backdraft of smoke into the house after lighting my fireplace. So, I scheduled an appointment with Trace. He always removes his shoes. He kept the area clean and not only did he fix the problem he educated me on a few ways to avoid other issues. I appreciate his honesty and just being a good person. My chimney had pulled away from my house from a storm, causing a leak in the attic. I had contacted several companies to see what they recommended be done to repair it. Tres came out, looked at it closely, took pictures & gave me a good explanation of the damage done & how he would repair it. It took him most of a day to do the work. I found Tres via an online search. We found out after purchasing our new home that the existing wood stove was not up to code and had to be removed and replaced or converted back to a traditional wood burning fireplace. We chose to go with the latter and asked Tres to come out and assess our chimney. He gave us great feedback along with suggested work that we should do prior to using the fireplace. He was very knowledgeable and I never felt as thought he was trying to sell me on something that was not needed. He made it clear that we could potentially make it through this season without doing the work but never pushed. We decided to have him do the work which was done quickly and efficiently and have enjoyed using our fireplace this season.
